I also give you the first big step to team hiring - you probably aren't going to like it, but it's a requirement to set yourself up for success.
Last but not least I touch on hiring team members who align with your values vs. hiring for experience. I go into detail about defining your business values and give you some deep questions to ask, then ask again. These are great for early morning journaling. I also briefly touch on some ideas around your hiring process and how to be successful.

Today I am getting real, deep and into the grit of how mental and physical health can affect you as an entrepreneur and your business. I cover four physical traits that could be affecting your health negatively as an entrepreneur and share with you how not taking care of my physical health all but halted my business in January. I also take on the subject of mental health and how it can be extremely difficult as an entrepreneur to stay positive, and mentally healthy. In fact, according to a May 2018 by Michael Freeman titled"The Prevalence and Co-Occurrence of Psychiatric Conditions Among Entrepreneurs and Their Families"at least 49% of entrepreneurs are likely to experience a mental-health episode, in their lifetime. Holy cow sisters (and brothers) that is almost half. So we best be taking better care of ourselves. I give you 6 tips to stay mentally sane as an entrepreneur and spell out 6 different symptoms that most of us have all felt or experienced as an entrepreneur.
